1. Please present your order confirmation or order number to our staff upon pickup.

2. We reserve the right to release products only to customers who have pre-ordered through SmartPre and within the specified time slot.

3. Customers may arrive up to 15 minutes later than their scheduled pickup time. 

(For example, if your pickup time slot is between 10:00–10:59 AM, you may collect your order no later than 11:15 AM.)

Beyond this grace period, the order will be considered forfeited, and no refunds or compensation will be provided under any circumstances.

1. กรุณาแสดงหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อ หรือหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อแก่เจ้าหน้าที่เมื่อมารับสินค้า

2. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการส่งมอบสินค้าเฉพาะลูกค้าที่ทำการสั่งจองล่วงหน้าผ่านระบบ SmartPre และภายในช่วงเวลาที่ระบุไว้ในคำสังซื้อเท่านั้น

3. ลูกค้าสามารถมารับสินค้าได้ภายในเวลาไม่เกิน 15 นาที หลังจากเวลาที่กำหนด 

(ยกตัวอย่างเช่น หากจองเวลารับสินค้าในช่วงเวลา 10.00-10.59น. สามารถติดต่อรับสินค้าได้ไม่เกินเวลา 11.15น.) 

หากเกินระยะเวลาดังกล่าว จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์โดยอัตโนมัติ และไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินหรือเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใด ๆ ได้ในทุกกรณี
